A co-worker nominated me for this challenge which has gone viral, in which you post a photo of you wearing no makeup. I am so happy to see this trend happening, because with the unattainable, idealistic definition of “beauty” we see on TV shows and movies, it can leave many feeling inferior or ugly. I’ve struggled with body image and self-esteem and I know the toll it can take on your life. Truth is, every woman should be able to feel confident and happy in her own skin. I love that this challenge celebrates the natural look. Something we should live by every single day is that everyday is beautiful. Being beautiful isn’t about how you look, it’s how you feel, what you’re passionate about and how you treat others.
